But you've concluded from premise 3 that vegetarianism is a logical response and I disagree with that. If 1,2 and 3 are correct, then you've made an argument to avoid intensive agriculture. This is not the same thing as an argument for vegetarianism. For that to work, you'd have to reword 3 to say that any and all slaughtering of animals for food causes unnecessary suffering, and that is a far more controversial statement.
